The Agriturismo "Villa Finetti" is situated 5 km away from Gubbio (500m above sea level) in an oasis of protected nature, among green hills and century-old trees. It is a converted 18th century monastery, surrounded by 10 hectares of woods, cornfields and meadows.

- 4 Small ones (33 sqm.) sleeping 4. (Lucciola, Scoiattolo, Rondine e Usignolo)
- 2 Medium ones (45 sqm.) sleeping 4+1. (Aquila e Fagiano)
- 2 Large ones (60 sqm.) sleeping 4+2. (Falcone Reale e Cigno)
They all consist of living room, bedroom and bathroom.
In the living room: kitchenette and double sofa bed and in one twin beds.
In the bedroom: double bed or twin beds or bunk beds (in one apartment only) . Bathroom with shower in each apartment, electricity, water, gas, bed and bathroom linen included.
