HOW TO BOOK :TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. Booking Terms

Send your request utilizing the proper on-line form ,choose the Agriturismo, giving dates of your stay, arrival and departure dates, how many people in your group, specifying if there are couples or children.


2. Booking

Once you receive our confirmation on the agritourism availability, you must send us a confirmation of your booking by mailing us a deposit - equal to the 40% of the entire sum you’ll be spending for your stay. CREDIT CARDS AMERICAN EXPRESS AND VISA ARE ACCEPTED (EUROCARD & MASTERCARD will be accepted too!); In return you will get from us a receipt evidencing your payment. Between the confirmation of your booking request and the payment of the deposit due, only 3 working days should pass, after which you could send us at least a postal or a bank receipt showing the payment you made. If this period of time expires, we invite you to contact us again in order that we might verify if in the meantime your booking has been canceled and we’ll repeat the booking. “Agritour” guarantees to wait for the payment a whole week, no more. In extreme cases, if the advance payment was send after the established time and thus the booking has canceled, Agritour will provide you with a substitution of your booking which should encounter your complete satisfaction and, in a contrary case, to send back to you the sum, from which 10% will be detracted for expenses incurred.

3. Registration of your booking

When the deposit is received, you will get a confirmation with all the necessary information, including their address and telephone number, so that you might contact them directly. No booking will be considered registered, unless the deposit has been received.

4. Balance of payment

The balance of the due amount should be paid according to regulations and established conditions which may differ from one Agritourism to another and these conditions will be the ones given you at the moment of your asking for a booking and which you will underwrite at moment of the final booking.

5. Booking cancellation

It is dictated by the conditions and terms established by the Farm-holiday and which you will have underwritten when you’ll confirm your reservation.

6. Booking cancellation for causes depending on agritourism

The “Agritour” booking service pledges, should such a case occur, to submit to you a series of alternative Farm- holidays chosen among those of even or better quality and characteristics. Naturally, in a case such as this, if no other Farm-holiday submitted to you will encounter your favor, the sum paid by you for the length of your stay, including the deposit paid at the moment of your booking, will be totally refunded to you by agritourism

7. Arrival and stay

The client is due to respect the established times of arrival and departure, which were specified at the time he confirmed his booking. The client is due to respect the modalities established and underwritten by him at the time of the booking.

All information relative to the Farm-holidays you will find in our guide, therefore, have been furnished in perfect good faith. However, should you find that our information does not exactly and substantially correspond on one or more Farm-holidays, we kindly invite you to give us immediate notice.
