03/05/07: Slow Fish 2007
Slow Fish, the fair organised by Slow Food and the Region of Liguria, returns in Genoa from 4th-7th May. The concept of sustainable fishing production will be analysed from different points of view through conferences, meetings, tastings and workshops in order to discover new or little- known aspects of the sea and water ecosystems. This is the third edition of the biennial international event dedicated entirely to the world of fishing and its problems.
