Our ladies at the Masseria in 2 and half hours will teach how to make homemade pasta such as orecchiette, frisciddi, and traditional local dishes such as Tiella of rice, potatoes and mussels, broad beans and chicories, eggplant timbale, and typical apulian pastries.
