Both beginners and export of other kinds of cuisine who wish to join our Tuscany cookery course, will learn the fine knowledge, hidden in the simple but sophisticated recipes, and the wise cooking tradition of the Tuscany peasant, who know perfectly how to make the best of the fruits offered by this generous land.
After the dishes preparation you will enjoy it during a lunch or a dinner served in our suggestive cellar pair with our wines, our extravirgin olive oils and the other products by our winery.
The course will be developed in 2/3 hours and it could be during the morning with following lunch or during the afternoon with following dinner.
