The valleys of the Marquis of Saluzzo is surely the richest of ice falls and couloris that form in the main or side valleys of varying difficulty. The climate, the altitude exposure retain the best conditions until spring. Alpine Guides Maritime Alps organize outings for day or half day. Snowshoe still give a taste of adventure and discovery during winter walks through the valleys of the Marquis of Saluzzo.
You can explore trails through beautiful pine forests, along streams or icy snowfields traced only by footprints of animals. There are numerous associations on the territory which organize excursions with snowshoes.
The structure is the ideal to sojourn in relax, so on the inside as in the courtyard and in the external gardens. Four rooms (double – also single use, 3-4 beds) all equipped with bathroom en suite / TV / hairdryer, in total 12 beds.
Living room comfortable with possibility of cooking. In the external area there’s the barbecue, usable for cooking grilled in summer. Breakfast buffet with tasting of typical products.
El Cavajer constitutes an optimal point of departure for visits, excursions and many activities to the discovery of the South Piedmont (Langhe and Roero Wine lands, Turin, Alba, Cherasco, several proposals of summer touring - winter sport and activities). - night and breakfast; - meeting room / conferences; - bike rental; - selling farm’s productions and other local products.
The structure has 4 rooms divided in single - double - triple - quadruple, for a total of 10 beds, each room has a private bathroom, balcony and TV. The rooms are spacious and comfortable,it ensures the rest in absolute peace and silence.
