1. Booking Terms

Booking requests are made using the on-line form available on the www.agritour.net website, by selecting the choosen accomodations among all types of temporary rural accommodations (for example farmholidays, resorts, hotels, hostels and bed & breakfasts, holiday homes collectively the "accommodation(s)" ), providing arrival and departure dates, number of people in the group, and specifying how many couples or children.

2. Booking
Once you have received Agritour's confirmation of availability of the accommodation(s), you must send a confirmation of your booking by sending us via paypal a deposit corresponding to 40% of the total sum due. CREDIT CARDS AMERICAN EXPRESS AND VISA ARE ACCEPTED (EUROCARD & MASTERCARD will be accepted too!); In return you will receive a receipt for your payment from Agritour. No more than 3 working days should pass between the confirmation of your booking request and the payment of the deposit. If this period of time expires, we invite you to contact us again in order to check whether the booking has been canceled and needs to be repeated. "Agritour" guarantees to wait for payment for one week. In extreme cases, if the advance payment was sent after the agreed time limit and the booking was canceled, Agritour will provide you with a substitute booking which should meet with your complete satisfaction. If this is not the case, Agritour commits to returning the sum paid, after a deduction of 10% for expenses incurred.

3. Registration of your booking
When the deposit is received, you will receive a confirmation with all relevant information, including address and telephone number of the accommodation, so that you may contact directly. No booking will be considered registered unless the deposit has been received.

4. Balance of payment
The balance of the amount due shall be paid according to regulations and conditions which may differ from one accommodation(s) to another. These conditions will be provided at the moment the booking is requested and become binding at moment of the final booking.

5. Booking cancellation
Cancellation is governed by the conditions and terms established by the accommodation, which you will have agreed to when confirming your reservation.

6. Booking cancellation for causes depending on agritourism
The "Agritour" booking service pledges, should such a case occur, to provide you with a choice of alternative farm holidays chosen among those of equivalent or better quality and characteristics. If no other Farm-holiday is deemed suitable by the client, the total sum paid for the stay, including the deposit paid at the moment of booking, will be totally refunded to you by accommodation

7. Arrival and stay
The client shall respect the times of arrival and departure that were specified at the time the booking was confirmed. The client shall respect the modalities established and agreed to by him/her at the time of the booking.

All the accommodations included in our guide have been duly selected and verified. All information regarding the accommodations in our guide has been provided in perfect good faith. Should you find that our information does not accurately represent one or more accommodation, we kindly invite you to inform us immediately
